Crème Brulee Recipe

CRÈME BRULEE

YOU WILL NEED

100g Crème brulee premix powder

500ml milk

400ml fresh cream

DIRECTION OF USE

Boil milk and cream along with Meron’s crème brulee powder mix. Stir well until the powder uniformly mixed &dissolve. Pour it into the bowls and refrigerate until set.  Before serving, sprinkle with brown sugar to cover. Caramelize sugar with blow torch or under grill.
